Every individual’s pain threshold is different and different surgical procedures carry varying levels of discomfort. The great majority of our patients experience a minor level of discomfort that they tolerate without much difficulty. We are committed to making your experience as pleasant as possible. This includes clearly explaining what to expect after the surgery and using special medications that decrease postoperative pain. When asked if they would “do it all over again”, the answer is usually a resounding “yes!”
